Our Homes And Design Process
How It All Starts Design Process
We have performed countless renovations, new builds and design process, and would be honored to add your home to our ever-growing project list. Menna Homes’ first step in the design of constructing a custom home or beginning a renovation is to compile a Wish-List of all aspects that a customer would like to see in their own dream design. This list will be used as the primary outline that will be used by our builders and architects to design a personalized custom home, design process, complimented by consistent collaboration between Menna Homes and the clients.
Before, During, and After the Build
At Menna Homes, we feel a deep obligation to our customers and their homes, and provide constant assistance, assessment, and support throughout the process of the build as well as after move-in. Menna Homes is proudly associated with Tarion, an insurance company which requires builders to qualify for government administration of a protective home-warranty program. In addition to the legal requirements put forth by Tarion, we frequently work with home owners to address any adjustments or concerns they may have even in the years after their new warranty expires.
